When dealing with pure bullion such as Gold & silver American eagles we would look to pay you the closest to the spot price possible depending on when we purchased the items from you.

If however we were talking jewelry, consider that an item that is 14kt gold is NOT pure gold. Rather it is approximately 58% gold. In conclusion, if you had an ounce of 14kt gold it would be worth roughly 58% of the spot price you may see on these charts.

Keep in mind that when talking precious metals, We are talking Troy ounces as far as weight. Unlike a postal ounce aka 28 grams, a troy ounce is 31.1 grams.
